Appaloosa Pictures is the documentay arm of Iron Circle, Inc. Appaloosa's mandate is to address cultural and social issues through documentary film. Appaloosa focuses on themes of history, struggle, heritage, land and environment.

Appaloosa's intent is to enhance the multi ethnic presence, culture and creativity in the film and television marketplace.

Appaloosa works in tandem with Iron Circle and their mutual youth initiative to develop opportunities for film students and filmmakers from underserved communities. The mission is to contribute to a diverse presence in the media arts as well as professional development for participants.
